Jeff Bezos, the founder and CEO of Amazon, once said, “I think frugality drives innovation, just like other constraints do. One of the only ways to get out of a tight box is to invent your way out.”
Amazon has managed to outpace retail, as well as tech companies such as Google, in no more than 23 years. The Company continuously brings new market-leading products and services to its customers; from Echo, to Kindle, to its card-less supermarkets – releasing one thing after the other.
So how do they do it?
In our latest webinar Lara O’Shea, Consulting Partner at OgilvyRED, looks at Amazon through a microscope; dissecting the Company’s different strategies and practices undertaken that put it in the leading position it is today. O’Shea looks at Amazon’s architecture and culture for innovation, discussing how these elements were fundamental in building its success.
This webinar also focuses on Amazon’s main growth pillars, as well as its growth model, while also giving insight on its core point of success. Additionally, O’Shea gives her perspective on how we, as both agencies and customers, should work with and benefit from Amazon.
